The appointment scheduler is intuitive, user friendly and most importantly customizable. Designed specifically for Medical Offices the appointment scheduler employs a technique known as a modified wave schedule. The template driven schedule is designed to accomodate a variety of situations, colors, and time intervals are based on the Physician (or resource) and can be independantly customized to suite the clinics' needs.

Appointment Scheduler Screens
Weekly View
The week view shows a single doctor and a single facility for an entire week. The work week is defined by the week view options can be any days chosen.
Cancelling An Appointment
The cancel appointment screen requires that a user provide a reason for cancellation. This ensures that a cancellation is properly documentation. Only an administration level user has the access needed to remove an appointment without reason.
Search Appointments by Patient Name
If an patient is registered and they don't have an account, it might be necessary or useful to locate a patient by their name. This feature allows you to find all patients with the first and/or last name as entered.
Multiple Concurrent Scheduling
The Multiple Concurrent scheduling feature allows you to schedule a patient for more than one doctor or resource simultaneously. This can be useful if the office has a resource with limited capacity, to make certain that the appointment is scheduled at a time when the resource and the physician are both available.
Monthly Appointment Listing
There are many different reports for viewing all the information in the appointment scheduler. This handy report shows all the patients in a specified date range. An optional doctor and facility can be specified.
Event Calendar
MOMS AT provides multiple event calendar with restrictions on who can edit them. Each calendar has its own set of permissions.
