Claim Management
Managing claims can be a daunting task, with MomsAT all of your claims will be in one location. This location is called the Electronic
Claims Manager or as we refer to it by, the ECM. From this manager, you can see all the claims that are pending to recieve status from
either our supported clearing house or the payer. It will also show the claims that are in error or have passed different levels
of validations through the clearing house.
To further ease the use of this module, we provide a summary of claims within the electronic claim manager and a monetary summary of
accepted, rejected and pending claims. We also structed the data in a tiered manner, starting with the claim batch, followed by
the payer and then the patient to view the data effectively.
Various options are presented via the right-click, from printing a response file to maneuvering to other areas within our software to correct and resubmit this claim in question. Having the ECM at your disposal reduces the chances of error and improves the efficiency of correcting the claim, resubmitting and getting it paid.
Submission of Claims
With today's modern technology and the internet, claims submission has never been easier or faster. MomsAT uses various secured protocols to make this happen. The Electronic Claims Transmission module allows you to select you method of transmission between modem and internet mode. The ECT will show what batched claims has been sent or are pending to be uploaded. After the upload process has completed, a window will display the files that have been successfully upload or downloaded.
